Initial Meeting Checklist
The primary objective of the initial client meeting is to clearly understand the client’s needs and to identify how you are able to address these needs.
In reality the initial client meeting might involve several exploratory meetings to establish the Terms of Reference, provisional costs and timelines.
The primary outcome of the initial meeting is the presentation of a proposal setting out the proposed strategy to research the root cause of the client’s problem and recommended solution and implementation plan.
