Introduction
This role involves the High Growth Coach helping clients to choose and use one or more service providers that they need to achieve their goals.
It requires High Growth Enterprise Coaches to be able to help clients define and specify clearly and concisely what they require and to develop a set of robust criteria that can be used to select the best supplier. It is then the responsibility of the Broker to identify options for the client to choose from.
The High Growth Coach as a Broker helps clients to build the confidence and capacity to evaluate and broker their own solutions. This role is about helping clients to identify and measure the business support service solution offered by the service provider.
The role includes:
- Identifying a range of suppliers able to meet the client’s requirements
- Advising clients on appropriate methods for selecting suppliers
- Providing assistance to clients to enable them to accurately specify their requirements
- Enabling clients to provide an effective brief to potential suppliers in order that comprehensive and realistic quotes can be obtained
- Enabling clients to develop and use criteria for selecting suppliers that are most likely to provide them with the service that they require and provide best value
- Recording management information on the chosen brokerage solution
At all times, it is the responsibility of the client to select and manage suppliers unless the procurement is undertaken in the role of the High Growth Coach as a Consultant.
