Some High Growth Enterprise Coaches may have built and managed one or more High Growth Companies and therefore have first-hand knowledge and experience of exactly what it is like to be an owner or director of a High Growth Company making them ideally suited the role of the High Growth Coach as a Mentor.
Usually, High Growth Enterprise Coaches have experience in several of the roles and use these in combination to support their clients.
Most High Growth Enterprise Coaches have direct experience and specialist knowledge in a functional specialism. For example, some High Growth Enterprise Coaches are former human resource, finance, marketing or operations directors.
