- Schedule sufficient time and resources to honour commitments and promises
- Take responsibility for completing activities and objectives to the agreed quality standard

- Discuss and agree changes to plans with others when unable to honour a commitment or promise
- Reflect on own personal effectiveness
- Act on own reflections to improve personal effectiveness
- Achieve a work life balance
High Growth Enterprise Coaches help companies and clients to prepare and implement growth plans and to achieve results. To achieve this, High Growth Enterprise Coaches must be able to manage their own time and resources, balance and meet the needs of different clients and deliver on the commitment and promises that they make. High Growth Enterprise Coaches need to be personally effective; they need to be role models and exemplars for their clients.
“The list of behaviours associated with being personally effective is not exhaustive.
I believe that the essence of personal effectiveness is simply taking responsibility for achieving the results you have agreed to achieve in such a way as to not knowingly violate your own or other people’s values and beliefs.” – John Moore
